The Four Seasons of Your Menstrual Cycle Workshop Ticket

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn about each of the inner seasons
• Examine the hormonal pattern of the menstrual cycle
• Understand the power of menstrual cycle awareness
• Explore your unique experience of each of the inner seasons through a guided moving meditation
• Reflect upon the content and your past experiences with guided journaling prompts
• Learn how to track your own menstrual cycle and integrate the teachings by examining your own cyclical patterns

All menstruators and women are welcome! This workshop will benefit all those with a cycle, including those whose cycles are paused due to hormonal birth control, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other cycle disruptions. No prior menstruality knowledge necessary.
