All sales are final. 

Due to the nature of the subscription and the personal care items included, My Club Red does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item arrived defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at elizabeth@myclubred.com if you notice any damages in your box immediately upon opening.
