These special half-day retreats are for children and their caregivers to gather to learn and celebrate the changes that puberty brings. An empowering, fun, sacred and inclusive circle that goes way beyond school's basic, limited period education and focuses instead on cycle self-care and self love so children feel prepared, informed, confident and supported to experience puberty and their first periods.
These are small, intimate gatherings so space is limited. Book your spot today!
Schedule:
1 p.m. Kids-only educational session
3 p.m. Parent/moms arrive for afternoon tea, bracelet beading, wisdom sharing ceremony
4:30 p.m. approx. Wrap up and say goodbye

My eldest loved learning about this, and I loved helping her normalize it and having the conversations wihtout shame or confusion, providing a safe space for questions to be asked.
It was so meaningful that my daughter could be in a supportive environment with her peers as well as their moms. I loved that we got to celebrate each girl around the circle.
This circle was everything I had hoped for. I loved how gathering with Elizabeth and friends normalized talking about puberty and periods. My daughter came home so excited to share what she had learned and show off her period products. She is looking forward to charting her cycle and I was grateful to have resources for that for girls. My mother's generation didn't learn anything about periods, my generation only learned about the physical part, and now my daughter's generation will learn about the whole menstrual cycle and how to take care of themselves throughout it and live cyclically. I'd highly recommend this to anyone to empower their daughter!
