Mother + Daughter Workshop for Girls Ages 4–7 in Utah

Moon Seeds is a gentle, empowering mother and daughter workshop in Utah County and Salt Lake County for girls ages 4–7. Through story, movement, creativity, and connection, children build early body trust and a positive foundation before puberty, first periods, and future First Moon Circle experiences.

This 90-minute in-person workshop helps young girls understand that bodies grow and change in natural rhythms, using the moon as a simple and age-appropriate framework.
